1. In-House Baling Facilities:
To maintain control over the entire supply chain, we have established our own baling facilities strategically located across Nigeria. This ensures a steady supply of raw PET materials, allowing us to maintain both quality and quantity throughout our recycling operations.
2. PET Bottle Washing Facility:
The process begins with the sorting and separation of PET bottles based on color and material type. Once sorted, the bottles undergo thorough crushing and washing to remove labels, caps, and any impurities. This cleaning phase ensures that the flakes are free from any contaminants, making them suitable for recycling. After the washing is complete, flakes are rinsed and dried.
3. Vigorous Quality Control:
Quality is at the heart of what we do. We subject our Recycled PET Flakes to rigorous quality control measures at every stage of production. Our experienced technicians and advanced testing equipments assess the flakes to meet strict industry standards.
4. Optical Polymer and Colour Sorting (TOMRA):
As part of our unwavering commitment to consistency, we employ state-of-the-art optical polymer sorting machines and color sorting technology (TOMRA). These cutting-edge systems meticulously examine the flakes, eliminating impurities and color variations, resulting in a final product that adheres to the highest quality benchmarks.
